Make a custom reporting field that can be switched to mandatory, as it's currently optional. Please add this to your feature request as it would be helpful for our accounting.

Please have a repository tab for invoices submitted for AI payment processing so user can check the items and additional info or attachments sent if necessary. Currently nothing is seen pending so it's relying on memory of user, whether documents have been submitted for processing.

Osome just mentioned to me that the invoice attachments to transactions on Aspire do not get attached to Xero entries using your Xero integration. That doesn't seem to make much sense to me as would be a critical feature to make accounting on Xero seamless with Aspire.

Allow an Admin user to issue cards for another Admin There are cases where C-levels are added as Admins, but they hardly log in to the app & do not have time to issue cards for themselves. Other Admin users (EAs, Finance Directors, Co-founders etc) would like to issue cards for another Admin in such cases.

I suggest that the virtual card can be set for one-time use, which means that the card can be automatically locked or deleted after a successful consumption, which is very safe. If I create a large number of virtual cards, it will be very troublesome to manage later. If I can set "automatic locking after one-time successful use", then I will no longer worry about the card being over-consumed.

Allow cards to work only for specific spend categories. Example: Allow cards only to work for 'Travel'.

the IF condition under company policy for claim payment, please also include the approval setting for "IF claim is under xxx category"

Ability to define Approval Matrix for reviewing claims before they can be processed for Payments. This would entail the following : Create a 2 or 3 level approval hierarchy for reviewing claims This review policy will only be used for reviewing the claim and not for the Payments. Example - An out of Pocket expense for purchasing a software can require manager's review and then Engineering team's approval before it is processed for Payments. Same can be achieved by the Claims review policy.

It will help Aspire users save time if there's an option to change the transaction categories at once/in bulk.
