As an employee/Budget Owner (BO), will I be able to edit my colleague's card in the near future? Upgrading as an admin is good, but not really what we are looking for at the moment...

It would be great if we can do something like this in the future.. Also, if I may, it would also be very helpful if you add this to your custom user access in the future so that my company can have their employee edit another employee's card for example...

If employee is not possible, I'll settle with admin editing another admin's card...
