Instead of having a generic email address to send to (bills@aspireapp.com), it would be safer to have an email address for each company for Bill Pay purposes (more of an automated process and lessen manual intervention), so that it reduces human errors/delays and should there be any discrepancy, where my client sends me an invoice to bills@aspireapp.com, and if it does not reach, it enhances the risks (interest incurred due to non-receipt; who is to take accountability if the funds do not reach, etc.).
