Ability to define rules for expenses so as to prevent employees from making out-of-policy spend. This would entail the following:
  • Creating a policy with a set of rules on company spends by employees
  • Proactively enforcing these rules on expenses (via cards or claims)
Example: Any employee on a company sponsored trip needs to adhere to some boarding/lodging and local conveyance rules, that can be enforced by expense policies.
