SP Group Refuses To Refund To Aspire Account

Our lease ended at one of our Singapore offices and we requested an electronic refund of our utilities deposit to our Aspire account.
The SP Group staff are untrained concerning financial services companies like Aspire and have been completely unhelpful. We have gotten one excuse after another as to why they can simply refund our balance to Aspire: "If the funds are held in a DBS account, then we require a statement with the DBS logo." "DBS accounts numbers can't have 12 digits" "Why does the transfer instruction page have local and international instructions?" etc. etc. etc.
Please have a senior Aspire manager reach out to SP Group's leadership and educate them in this issue.
