Instead of having a generic email address to send to ( bills@aspireapp.com ), it would be safer to have an email address for each company for Bill Pay purposes (more of an automated process and lessen manual intervention), so that it reduces human errors/delays and should there be any discrepancy, where my client sends me an invoice to bills@aspireapp.com , and if it does not reach, it enhances the risks (interest incurred due to non-receipt; who is to take accountability if the funds do not reach, etc.).
